The Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) is the act that was introduced to curb money laundering. All Financial Services Providers (FSPs) are Accountable Institutions (AI) in terms of FICA.
All FSPs should be registered as AIs with the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC).
